[Ron had been, for the most part, fortunate. The ghosts didn't bother him as much as they did others and so he was pretty much okay. Pretty much being the operative phrase since he kind of lets out a mixture of a groan and a sigh when the audio turns on with the bracelet. He's not been okay, but well, he's not going to tell anyone that.]

[So instead he focuses.]

Been here about a month now and I've still no idea what to do with myself. Got the whole fighting a war thing and returning the color bits, thanks. But the how's a bit more difficult, innit? Mean at least the power they gave me's better for a fight than Harry's it seems like, but the whole coloring bit-- sounds too easy, really.

[A beat and he swallows thinking.] I've been working but, er, is there anything else I can do around? I've the strength powers so I can do any lifting that needs doing around, I suppose. I was doing that with clearing buildings a few days ago, but I mean on a permanent sort of things. S'got to be something more than living and waiting for them to send more giants at as.

Figured the folk that's been here a while is about the best to ask. And I want to help, I mean, just dunno where to start.

[Another thought.]

Know someone else asked about it a few weeks ago, but maybe the lot of us that actually like chess should meet up sometime, too, yeah? Could be interesting, at least. And having something to go to might be fun. Well, so long as you lot are actually decent at chess. [Yes, for the briefest of moments he sounds smug before another crack of silence.]

Er, suppose that's that. I'm Ron, by the way. Ron Weasley. I don't really bother with this thing too often so don't suppose you'll hear from me too often on here. Least it's a bit easier than a ruddy fellytone.

Um, yeah-- bye then. [And it takes a moment but the feed turns off.]

No. No. NO!

[The video is an absolute blur, but there is definitely destruction happening. The tinkle of broken glass, loud thumps and cracks that sound a lot like furniture being hit with blunt objects - anything you'd associate with a house being utterly totalled from the inside can be heard through the maelstrom.

Then it stills, and one red-faced, absolutely apoplectic Pyro is visible in the middle of his path of destruction.]

You assholes. You stupid fucking assholes. If you were so almighty, we wouldn't be any threat to you, would we? So why the hell take them away? Curse me. Make me think I'm Stryker, I don't care. Just bring them back, and do it now.

[It doesn't matter how many times he's told others that people come back. That's it's random. That they're better off. This is his fucking leader and second-in-command, two of the mutants he admires above all others, and they're both gone. If someone doesn't talk him down soon, he'll be paying off the damages on a burnt-down paid residence for the rest of his time in Asgard.]

((ooc: backtags are coming, but this huge of a drop had to be referenced. also, if any gods want to garnish his wages for the damage or anything, consequences are obviously expected for this.))

Mo minaï domo. ["I missed very much."]

I lost my bracelet. I have it now.

Assta deon kiba kan aranouylipot ten azar. ["These gods don't need the assistance they say."]

They are capable but not willing. I have more at stake where I am from.

[Daphne looks like she's just gotten back from a nice healthy stay at the beach -- which she has. Her skin has a lot more color to it and she looks well-rested, which is a good thing, considering the fact that an illness seems to be sweeping through Asgard.

Her sleeves are rolled up and she's in her hospital uniform, hair tied up in a loose messy bun -- and while her voice is soft and even as always, it holds some amount of firmness to it.]

Anyone who is feeling ill should come to the hospital for examination. I'm one of the healers here -- I can try to help you.

Try not to wait too long.

What do people do for work around here? Especially those who have never had a job before. [ Penelope's got plenty of skills, but none of them are really work related at all and being stuck in a house her entire life means she's never had the chance to even think about getting experience. ] I understand it's not entirely necessary if I stay in the room I was given in Odin's house, but it would be nice to have some extra spending money. And something to keep me busy when things are relatively calm here.

[ There's a bit of a pause, as if Penelope's hung up, before she adds something more. ] I'm also looking for someone to play chess with, or someone I can teach if chess isn't something most worlds have. It's one of my favorite games and it would be nice to play it again.

[The network is graced with a video feed that rather suddenly cuts in. On the feed is just someone's eye, right up against the camera, and it's a rather dull or lifeless eye at that. It blinks only once before the rest of this person's face is visible as they draw their head back.

She's a rather strange-looking one, maybe alien-like in appearance, what with her snow white skin and dark green hair. Clearly a newcomer, as she doesn't seem to know what she's doing with this whole bracelet thing.

Well, she doesn't seem very impressed anyway.]

... I am not the only one who has been captured, correct? Or is everyone here a native to this realm?

[Kiritsugu is even more sleepy seeming than usual today. He's also in possession of a vase of flowers that seem to have burst into new growth, filling the glass with roots.]

This world continues to prove stranger than anticipated. Is the whole city really like [He gestures towards the flowers] this?

These gods seem so reckless...

[ People in Hel may have noticed a room without a door... well, there is a door, but it's where it shouldn't be: on the floor. That would be Derek's fault. Yes, Derek's.

...Okay, maybe 10% Derek's fault, 90% Scott's. ]

Uh... does anyone know how to fix doors? I kinda - maybe - accidentally made someone kick my friend's door down... [ there's nothing accidental about what happened ] ... and now I need to put it back as soon as possible.

[ There's also a noticeable dent in it, but maybe Scott can cover it up with a poster or something. Make it look pretty. ]

Whoever fixes it... gets a puppy from my pet store! [ That sounds reasonable to Scott. ] But only if you take good care of it. [ Because a puppy is not just for Christmas, it's for... however long you stay in Asgard. ]

By the way, if anyone's looking for a job, let me know. I could do with more help at my store. [ His staff keeps getting sent home. ]

[ Penelope's a smart girl, so despite the fact that she avoided talking to people as much as she could on her way to the room she'd been assigned, she'd managed to get information about this place. But having information doesn't necessarily make being kidnapped any easier to swallow. ]

Hello? Is this-- [ She taps the bracelet, as if it might give her some sort of feedback. ] Is this thing on? Can anyone hear me? [ Having information doesn't exactly mean she knows how to use something like this, either. She's been out of the house for months now, sure, but she's only just adjusted to being able to use phones. Having a bracelet that works similarly? Not exactly something she'd ever expected she'd need to learn. ]

If this does actually reach out to everyone else that has been brought here, I'd like to ask you all a question: how long ago were you brought here? How long have you been held captive? I understand that we don't exactly have a choice for when we get to go home, but it would be nice to have an estimate of how long it might be until I get sent back.

[ There's another brief pause before she adds, ] Thank you for your time.
