[ inb4... why did it have to be rising water woes......

so, er, it’s kind of apparent that rising water’s kind of traumatic for velige. ever since the water first started rising, he’s been feeling a distinctly uncomfortable. a sort of an ashamed disquietude. and while it’s no different from his usual pokerface, it apparently bothers him enough to the point where he’s willing to send a message out to the network in an attempt to assuage his uncertainty. ]

I need a favour. Define whats it like feelin sad.

Or tell me a sad story.

[he still looks interested as he looks around! & then takes a sweat when he's motioned to sit]

No problem. [ moving to do that tea-making thing! ] How d'you like it? [ sugar, milk, pepper?? he's seen some pretty weird tea blends, okay. he won't judge. ]

Cups are in the cupboard. To the right. [ he'll just make himself busy picking out bagged tea. SAFE ENOUGH RIGHT ]

[he nods & reaches for cups for the both of them] Your room is very.. clean!

Bit bare, I know. [ yep, he knows... but he's used to the sparseness. and don't think he didn't see the wince, there. :| he'll open a drawer and rummage for something. he's pleasantly surprised that he's able to pick up the tube of ointment with no problem-- looks like his nerves are calming.

... sugar's in the jar. [ it isn't labeled, but it's the one with the plastic fruit stuck on it. don't judge, okay, it was a bargain. ]

[he chuckles at the most kawaii jar but doesn't say anything else about it, picking it up from the shelf]

I'm good. [ shaking his head! he's okay with just tea-tea, and not... sugar-tea or anything-tea.

... now to wait for the kettle to boil. ] It'll take a bit. I can finish the rest. [ so go sit so he can play host or whatever. ]
