Our God? [He says it in the singular, puzzled for a moment, as he knows other nations have spoken with their own gods. But honestly? Not worth getting a headache over.] We don't have very much contact, what with the whole free will business. Although for whatever reason I was chosen early on to bear the burden of being a nation. No proof that it was God's doing specifically, but I find it a little difficult to chock up to simple chance.
