Yes and no. Yeah, it definitely is, but I've been at the mercy of powerful things before, and they're actually... less annoying than some I know.

I've got kind of a forced pragmatism thing going for me most days. I know people try to judge them by what they think they 'should' be. I'd rather work with what they 'are' and compare to what I know.

Freya? She really pissed me off with that stunt. Enough that I want to punch her or choke her or beat the crap out of her over it. It was invasive, cruel and wrong... but she's also insane. The worst they ever did was get desperate and kidnap the lot of us in some crazed last ditch effort to stave off the end of the world a little. The rest is usually just stupid curses that don't last past a day or two.

I've seen others that will do that kind of mind-bending crap for an entire life because it amuses them, or the person pissed them off.
