[for those of you who don't know. Kyou has a thing against water and he acts like crap whenever it rains a lot. Also sorry for the late I've been on hiatus, but I'm back now ;A;]

I don’t know why you’re making such a fuss over some rain. It’s not like it’s going to burn your skin or anything ridiculous like that.
