Dear lord, run people.
[Well, it's been an absolutely mundane day, as far as Ten's concerned. Obviously this last month in Asgard was a horrible one, and it seems to him like people are a bit too down from the events.]
[And he's had a right bit enough of that.]
[Plus, at this moment, he's unemployed. And bored. And that's a horrible thing for the Doctor to be. That's when things like this happen.]
[So today, the feed opens up to show... well... That's a room full of balloons. And not like.. 20. Nope. Floor to almost ceiling, except for a grand viewing spot looking at the entrance to said room, where the Doctor and his evil accomplice, the TARDIS, will be watching and waiting for their unsuspecting victims to succumb to their inflatable demise.]
[There's a little snickerbecause he just can't not at the sight of so many balloons.]
[Let the fun begin!]
((OOC note: This is open to absolutely anyone! Even if you've never met Ten before or are good friends with the TARDIS or whatever is cool with me. She and Ten are the masterminds behind this little thing. He's recording the reactions and broadcasting them to the network for hilarity of the masses, so feel free to either be a victim, or call him out on his maturity, or just laugh along with him on this.
And I should mention, there are some booby-trapped balloons in here. There are giant balloons with ten or more balloons inside, so popping it will just give you more balloons. Nothing harmful or anything like that, it's just ridiculousness. There is a special balloon for Eleven, but we'll get into that. ;D))
