as for the bungee cord
i don't know where you can obtain that
but paperclips can be purchased at an office supply store in the market
for some reason they sell them in units of 9,999...
that should be more than enough though.

hamsters aren't made of sugar so he probably wouldn't eat it on purpose
i'm not sure what proper hamster care is besides feeding it and making sure it doesn't get eaten by a cat
