I won't bother prattling on about it: even with our 'powers' it's not as if all our masses have any regulated combat training experience, or even experience with proper weaponry. Victory in war requires some measure of both at the very least; as well as the study of strategy and tactics, how to be resourceful with one's assets...

You may use my human name, which is Arthur Kirkland. I'm doing this out of my own graciousness and courtesy, you understand; so I'd best not hear any cheek. Regardless of what you may think of me, nearly two thousand years of military experience is surely worth something and I'd be a fool if I allowed it to rot from disuse.

[England is out and about today on various errands. One of them happens to be 'peruse the Library' and so that's where you'll find him. He could be in an aisle with an armful of tomes or sitting at a table with maps, novels, dictionaries. While his burns are healing nicely, he's still making it a point to keep his hands gloved.]
[OPTION B; Arena]
[Here, England has set up targets on which to shoot his crafted longbow. It's taking some adjusting, but he seems to be caught up in something that's so familiar and nostalgic. If anyone cares to note, he appears to be extremely skilled with it.]
